1. Human gut

The gut is the largest micro-ecosystem in the human body, and the gut microbiome affects health in different ways. We used CRISPRimmunity to analyze the CRISPR composition of 208,209 human gut microbes. All data presented here is freely available to use without any restrictions. 2. Data for localization CRISPRimmunity

This database was organized for standalone program deposited in https://github.com/HIT-ImmunologyLab/CRISPRimmunity to download. Please click to download the file 1. and Please click to download the file 2.

3. Complete bacterial genomes in NCBI

We collected 18,408 complete bacterial genomes including 36,794 bacterial and plasmid sequences from NCBI. These bacterial genomes were analyzed using CRISPRimmunity to identify molecular events including CRISPR-Cas, Self-Targeting, bacterial-phage interaction, prophage and Anti-CRISPR proteins.
